Corporate Angel Network, Inc.
CAN is a non-profit volunteer organization designed to give cancer patients who require air transportation anywhere in the United States to or from approved cancer treatment sites. Seats on corporate aircraft are made available to the patient. There is no cost to the patient, and no added cost to the company since the aircraft is being flown in the normal course of business.Guidelines for the patient:
*Must be able to board the aircraft unassisted.
*Must not require life support systems or special services.
*Must have medical authorization for the flight.
*Must arrive one hour prior to departure.
*Must have ground transportation arranged by patient or CAN.
*Family member or attendant may accompany if seats available.

American Cancer Society, Mid-South Division is committed to improving the quality of life of cancer patients, their families and caregivers by offering programs that provide support during their time of need. The Mid-South Division’s Financial Assistance Program a one-time or short-term benefit provided to cancer patients in need only after all other resources have been exhausted and an application has been completed.
