The goal of the Louisiana Breast and Cervical Health Program (LBCHP) is to prevent unnecessary disease, disability, or premature death due to cancer of the breast and cervix in women who live in Louisiana.
To accomplish this, LBCHP provides quality, no-cost breast exams, mammograms, and pap smears to women who qualify.
Women must meet ALL of the following guidelines in order to be enrolled in LBCHP:
Must be ages 40 to 64 or experiencing problems
Must have no insurance or be underinsured
Must meet an income requirement

All screenings are held on a Wednesday from 5PM until 8PM.
No appointment is necessary. First come, first served.
Exams will be performed by a physician, physician's assistant, or nurse practitioner. Mammograms will not be done the night of the screening. Your free mammogram will be scheduled at another facility at a later date.
